Joe Moses Kpaklah, a visually impaired graduate, has completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education from Cuttington University. However, he faces a significant hurdle as he calls for assistance to cover his graduation expenses, which amount to over $640.
Kpaklah’s academic achievement is not just a personal milestone; it is a testament to the resilience and determination of visually impaired individuals in Liberia who often encounter immense challenges in accessing quality education.
