South Sudan, Liberia Ink Deals to Boost Ties

Juba, South Sudan – South Sudan and Liberia have signed three bilateral agreements to enhance cooperation, diplomatic engagement, and mutual interests.
The agreements include a Memorandum of Understanding on General Cooperation, an MOU on Political Consultations, and an Agreement on Visa Exemption for diplomatic, official, and special passport holders.
The signing ceremony was attended by South Sudan’s Foreign Minister, Hon. Ambassador Monday Semaya K. Kumba, and Liberia’s Foreign Minister, H.E. Sara Beysolow Nyanti.
These strategic agreement mark a new chapter in South Sudan–Liberia relations, reflecting a shared commitment to deepening cooperation, enhancing diplomatic engagement, and advancing a stronger partnership in areas of mutual interest.
The agreements aim to deepen relations and advance partnership between the two nations.
